UET Alumni of Saudi Arabia ("UETAS", "we") respects your privacy. This policy explains what personal data we collect, how we use it, and your rights over it.
Information we collect
- Account details: name, email, mobile number, and password.
- UET verification details: Roll No., Registration No., degree, department, campus, graduation year.
- Profile details you choose to add: company, designation, city, skills, bio, links, photo.
- Content you create: posts, comments, messages, event RSVPs, applications.
- Usage data needed to operate and secure the service.
How we use your data
- To verify your UET alumni status and manage your membership.
- To operate the directory, feed, events, jobs, mentorship and other features.
- To communicate with you about your account, events and community news.
- To keep the platform safe and prevent abuse.
Sharing & visibility
Your profile is visible to other verified members. You control the visibility of your email and phone number in your profile settings. We do not sell your personal data.
Data retention
We keep your data while your account is active. You may request deletion at any time.
Your rights
You may access, correct, or delete your personal data, and object to certain processing, consistent with the PDPL.
